A good supply offer produces its own demand. The EUROMAN combines efficiency, flexibility, and productivity while maintaining high quality and cutting-edge technology. High output. The EUROMAN is a double-circumference 32-page heatset web offset press with a web width of up to 965 millimeters and shaftless AC motor technology.
Automatic plate change. The optional PowerPlateLoading PPL® decreases the time needed for feeding and removing printing plates on all printing units by about 50 percent to eight minutes and quickly amortizes itself through the press’ increased effective performance.
Efficient automation. manroland has developed high-quality ClosedLoop control systems for color and cut-off register. These systems automatically and reliably provide constant quality and ensure low waste. At 50 meters per minute, the automatic webbing-up device is the fastest on the market, thus enabling short makeready times and high availability. Implementing a color control system is also an option.
Energy-efficient drying. Dryers with optional thermal afterburner technology use volatile separable components from the drying process for combustion, thus achieving an especially high level of energy efficiency. That is more than just a cost advantage in the face of increasing environmental awareness.
High availability. In case of a malfunction, the TeleSupportCenter is readily available for prob lemsolving. An expert team is there 24/7 to help you in all areas – from mechanics to IT – and to reduce downtimes to a minimum. Approximately 95 percent of all inquiries can be answered online.

The EUROMAN is used for printing varied print runs. Whether as a 32-page press or as a two-web configuration, the EUROMAN substantially increases your productivity. Short and medium print runs can be produced just as economically due to quick makeready times. To top it all, the EUROMAN needs less space in comparison to a two-web 16-page press with eight printing couples.
16 or 32 pages. The EUROMAN can print both 32-page and 16-page products. This signif icantly increases flexibility compared to a single-web 16-page press, both for short and long print runs.
Numerous folding options. The folder 1 with a cylinder ratio of 2:3:3 and as well as 2nd and 3rd fold provides many options. A double parallel fold can be implemen ted just as easily as a delta fold. Turner bars increase the number of diverse product designs. The change-over procedure is carried out fully automatically in the folder.
High product diversity. The EUROMAN typically prints products such as advertising and magazine inserts, telephone books, yellow pages, and books.
Variable dampening units. manroland’s proven turbo dampening unit 2 is included as standard. However, a film or spray dampening unit can be selected depending on the specific application range. Both the turbo and spray dampening unit operate without contact and increase press flexibility in insert production, even when using natural papers.
More color. Optional equipment packages such as additional printing couples expand the EUROMAN’s application possibilities.

These include motor-driven adjustable formers with presetting, integrated lineal and cross perforation, optimum belt division, as well as the shortest conveyor belt to the quarter fold. The second cross-fold cylinder for double parallel and delta folds can be shut off when it is not needed, thus saving energy and preventing press wear.
Automation for high quality. manroland’s ClosedLoop control systems ensure consistently high printing quality. These systems automatically and reliably provide constant quality, enable low waste, and reduce makeready times through precise registers, optimum color fidelity, and perfect folds.
Stable inking unit. The EUROMAN’s precision inking unit combines proven technologies to produce high printing quality: ink fountains with segmented ink blades and three tempered ink vibrator rollers for consistent ink viscosity, as well as three ink form rollers, are just a few features.
